The Grand Victorian is well cleaned between guests, with special attention paid to high touch surfaces.

As of Nov 6, 2020 New Hampshire lodging is open to NH state residents, and visitors from New England states. If you are traveling from outside of NE the following requirements are added: A signed document from the guest(s) attesting that all the person(s) staying at the lodging facility remained at a home for at least 14 days before arriving in New Hampshire, only going out for essential items and when outside of the home maintaining social distancing and wearing face masks when within less than 6 feet of another person during this 14 day “quarantine”.
The Grand Victorian is a private home situated on 4 acres on the top of a knoll with private entrances and parking area. Additionally, the home is part of a gated community.
In order to assist our guests in reducing the possibility for COVID-19 exposure, we are offering three options for food preparation. If you prefer to pick up grocery items on your way to the Grand Victorian, Shaw's in North Conway, Hannaford's in North Conway, or Grant's in Glen are excellent options. Both Shaw's and Hannaford's offer curb side pick up. We are able to have our staff pick up groceries from Walmart in Gorham and stock the fridge and pantry for you prior to your stay for an additional charge. We are not aware of any grocery stores in the area that deliver to the Grand Victorian.

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your stay at the Grand Victorian, our cancellation policy is as follows:
All notice of cancellation must be in writing. The cancellation is not effective until acknowledged.
The Grand Victorian is not responsible for events beyond our control. However, we will make every effort to make your stay as enjoyable and safe as possible.
