COVID-19 Information

We want you to have a safe and enjoyable visit to the Grand Victorian!

  

The Grand Victorian is well cleaned between guests, with special attention paid to high touch surfaces.

During Your Visit

The Grand Victorian is a private home situated on 4 acres on the top of a knoll with private entrances and parking area. Additionally, the home is part of a gated community.   


In order to assist our guests in reducing the possibility for COVID-19 exposure, we are offering three options for food preparation.  If you prefer to pick up grocery items on your way to the Grand Victorian, Shaw's in North Conway,  Hannaford's in North Conway, or Grant's in Glen are excellent options. Both Shaw's and Hannaford's  in No. Conway offer curb side pick up. Marketbasket is the newest grocery store in No. Conway, opening  very soon. We are not aware of any grocery stores in the area that deliver to the Grand Victorian.   

Food Preparation Options

  1. We partnered with a local chef that can bring you prepared meals to be cooked at the desired time in the Grand Victorian. Meals can either be stocked in the fridge prior to your arrival or delivered on a desired day.  
  2. Our local professional chef can cook and serve personalized meals for you and your party on site in the Grand Victorian Main Kitchen or arrive with them  already prepared. 

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your stay at the Grand Victorian, our cancellation policy is as follows: 

  • If the cancellation is at least 30 days prior to check in, deposit will be refunded, less a $75 processing fee. 
  • If government restrictions prevent you from coming to the Grand Victorian or the ski areas are closed due to COVID-19, there will be a full refund, less the $75 processing fee. 
  • Cancellations occurring less than 30 days prior to check in, will forfeit the rental fee with the exception that if the Grand Victorian is able to find new guests for that period of time. 
  •  If the Grand Victorian is able to find new guests for the original stay at  the same price point, a 10% re-rental fee will be assessed. 
  •  The owners of the Grand Victorian will work with you to reduce fees as feasible, including at your discretion renting to another guest at a lower  rate. In this case, you will be responsible for the difference in the rental fee, plus a 10% rebooking surcharge. 


All notice of cancellation must be in writing. The cancellation is not effective until acknowledged. 


The Grand Victorian is not responsible for events beyond our control. However, we will make every effort to make your stay as enjoyable and safe as possible.
